In figure UCS-66 under the requirements of curve B, it says "A/SA-105 forged flanges produced to fine grain practice and normalized, normalized and tempered, or quenched and tempered after
forging

Is this read like: (produced to fine grain practice and normalized), (normalized and tempered), or (quenched and tempered)

or read that it must be produced to fine grain practice in addition to the following three options (normalized), (normalized and tempered), or (quenched and tempered)

???

The second option is correct.

As a note in the 2019 Edition it has been moved to Curve A

Oknow the quote i posted was from the 2019 edition. SA-105 as forged material has moved to curve A in the 2019 ed. A/SA-105 forged flanges, produced to fine grain practice and normalized, normalized and tempered, or quenched and tempered after forging, is on curve B.
