HI!
I need to estimate pressure loss in a fire main, sea water pipeline on board a 38m yacht. Pipeline is 2" diam, steel seamless pipe, 4mm thick. Typical fittings: 90º elbows, screw down non return globe valves.
Any typical pressure loss values or related links would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

bill,
for free pressure drop software you could try otherwise Technical Paper #410 (from Crane Valves) is excellent for pressure drop estimation
there are also plenty of free spreadsheets out there
