For what typical pressure drop per unit of lenght in water pipes are desingned air heating/ cooling systems ?

The headloss will be approximately 5-6 psi per 100 ft of pipe. If you use high velocities, you may create noise issues.
 
So, like in air ducts - with the ratio of water to air densities.
