Your question is too broad to answer in a limited environment such as this. Perhaps if you would provide more info, you would get more response. For example, will these fasteners be threaded? Will they be tensioned? Is there fatigue potential? Are they loaded in more than one direction? Is there a need for high strength material? What sizes?

You're absolutelly right.
The only reason I've formed my question too broad is because I only need to find some types of fasteners and give some typical product applications for them.That's why I didn't ask for specified things.
Maybe a better approach would be to propose the use of a certain fastener for a particular application and inquire if there are any known prohibitions.
For example, after having been installed in a connection, galvanized A325 bolts should never be re-used if removed from that connection.
Generally speaking, unless a bolt is installed in a shear or fatigue connection (cyclic loading), high strength bolts will never fail under the design load because the bolt pretensioning force significantly exceeds the design force. There are specific prohibitions against using certain types of high strength bolts in certain types of connections and specific prohibitions against the re-use of particular bolt types.
These prohibitions are contained in industry specifications such as those contained in AISC ASD or LRFD and EIA 222-F.
I recommend you click over the amazon.com or chapters.ca and order "Carroll Smith's Nuts, Bolts, Fasteners and Plumbing Handbook". In fact, do as I did and buy the whole set of Carroll Smith's handbooks!
Another trick is to get a copy of SpaeNaur's catalog. It took me 4 jobs, but finally I work at a place that didn't already have a copy (they check their database) and now I got me mine.
Just a list of what comes to mind: screws, nuts, bolts, clips of all kinds, hose clamps, C-clamps, magnets (mostly for paper to enameled steel), string, rubber bands, buckles, snaps, buttons, zippers, latches, fun-tac putty, and on and on.
