Type II Light gage Shear Walls

AISI S400-15 Section E1.4.2.1(b) states "The nominal strength for shear, Vn, is based upon a screw spacing of not less than 4" o.c."

Does that mean that you cannot use the values for 3" and 2" spacing in Table E1.3-1?
