How to design two slab using table coefficient if the span are equal? I will consider both coefficient of short span and long span or I will choose 1 and apply to other side

For two way slabs there is a great discussion and analysis of this system in the 12th ed of Design of Concrete Structures by Arthur N. Nilson. If you look in chapter 12 on Edge Supported Slabs, you will fill useful tables for 9 separate boundary conditions for negative and positive moments and shears. The ratio of the sides and the boundary conditions are the only entering arguments for using the tables. You extract coefficients for use in the computations of moments and shears in the slab. Very straightforward and easy to use.
