I’m in the need of evaluating which kind of two-phase flow pattern takes place in a horizontal 2” pipe for liquid nitrogen distribution purpose. Liquid nitrogen flow rate 130 l/min (T = 77 K, P = 5 barg).
The pipe is a vacuum jacket insulated one (length 40 m). I’m aware about the existence of Taitel-Dukler map, but have some difficulties in calculating the parameters necessary to enter the abovementioned map.
