With AutoTURN you can simulate this in your design file using an RV pulling a boat or a single unit (passenger vehicle) pulling a boat.
I wouldn't design the center of the travel lane for anything less than a 50 radius.
With large vehicles and trailers of any kind the more room you can give them the better.
