Turboexpander Thrust Balancer

I m working on rotoflow turboexpander this morning its front end bearing pressure exceeds upto 300Psi normaly it's on 275.
Back End Pressure remains on the 225psi as it always.
My understanding is this these both pressures are directly proportional to maintain the balance.and if only the one pressure is exceeding it means there is some problem either in PCV or the jack operating the PVC
Can anyone help me in this.
