Turbo Boost in XP?

How to check in XP if the Intel Turbo Boost Technology working is?

I find that Intel offer application "Intel Turbo Boost Monitor" to displays processor frequency activity but it supported only Windows 7.

ctrl+alt+del then go to task manager and view >performance >cpu usage and u can see the turbo boost there
