Tubular Exchanger Design to Div II Requirements

Can a Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger be designed to Div II requirements i.e. its tubes, tube-sheets, shell and flanges and U-2 stamped?

Can someone please share the experience?

Most certainly can. We've designed many high pressure exchangers to Div II + TEMA.
