Tube vs. Tube Lattice: Same diameter but different result

Hi community,

when creating a Tube and a Tube Lattice on the same curve with identical diameter values (e.g., 10 mm), the resulting geometries have different diameters.

See attached screenshot and NX file for NX CAD version 2506 build 1700.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a curve.
  2. Create a Tube with an outer diameter of 10 mm.
  3. Create a Tube Lattice on the same curve with Rod Size set to 10 mm.
  4. Compare resulting geometry — diameters differ, even though both are set to 10 mm.
Expected behavior: Both features should produce geometry with the same diameter when given the same input values.

Anybody knows why this is happening or has a potential solution?

Note:
  • Node size and rod size equal to same value (e.g. 10 does not solve issue)
  • Change rod tickness feature does not work to change rod size (tube lattice cannot be selected)

Thanks for any help.

Regards Manuel
