oldestguy- thanks so much for the figures - maybe my mind was playing tricks on me . . . - not the figure I was thinking of - the one I remember actually had a small "embankment" sketch in the figure. But the figures you sent are good figures to have, though. We had a slope failure in the mining here several years ago and I used the Taylor's charts to determine the FS of the slope (back-calc) - took me all of 5 minutes to do and another 25 to get it looking right on a spreadsheet with chart - the mining department spent 2 days on SlopeW and got the same answer! Charts are a good start. Best regards.
