Dear All,
In Etabs 2013 Turkish Seismic Code 2007 response spectrum function is defined, but when I check the RSF from the code directly it shows that the default values are not correct, as if all point values on function are scaled by 1/20 (horizontal part which was supposed to be 2.5) and some portions of function are not conforming with RSF in the code,
Does anybody can shed a light on that?
