Trying to change e-mail; stuck in PW loop.

The title says it all. I can't change my e-mail address. I retired and my old company e-mail address is no longer valid. In Account Details, I click "Change" beside the old e-mail address. I get a text box that asks for my password and I hit "Save", and, then, nothing happens. Help!
