Is there a way to solve rotation of members of a truss? Any reference book recomended
 
Are you sure you are dealing with a truss? Loads should only be applied at joints, and all members should be pin connected; this should alleviate your problem if I understand it correctly.
 
Unless you have a humongous truss with moment connections, treat it as a conventional truss analysis and move on. If you have a large truss with rigid connections at the panel points, use FEA to determine stress distribution.
