Trolly Busbar

I am interested in a trolly type bus bar system for a traversing coating process. The head will travel along a 20 foot long part and require 10,000 amps. I have searched trolly systems for cranes however they have a maximum current of 600 amps. Is there a commercially available travelling bus bar system that can handle the high current?

I'm not aware of such a thing.

For such a short travel, you might be able to just festoon flexible cables.
... but cables capable of 10kA are not likely to be real flexible,
and the current will have them wiggling around a bit.

It sounds like you may be building an electromagnetic rail gun.
 
Have you considered building your own? Rather than a sliding connection you may have more luck with a pantographtype solution. I visualize laminated bus bars with dovetail joints fastened with single pivot bolts. Lubricate well. The current will give a lot of clamping force. You may have to add spacers between the laminations to keep them from pulling together from magnetic force.

Can you supply power at a 'normal' voltage and transform / rectify on the traverser? It means a much heavier traverser structure but at least you avoid trying to bring massive conductors onto a moving trolly. What sort of power levels are you looking at? Is this a plating application or similar? They tend to be sensitive to voltage, so you would need to compensate for volt-drop in the conductors as the trolly moves from the 'near' position to the 'far' position.
 
I assume the option of traversing the workpiece rather than the process would be even more difficult?
