Triple Banana plug - Anyone seen this before?

Alright EEs, Im looking for your black magic assistance here.

I am looking for a place where I can buy one of these banana plugs (see attached). Essentially it has two prongs at standard spacing, and a third at nonstandard spacing, which is just a dead plug. It idiot-proofs the thing so it can only be plugged in if the orientation is correct.

Has anyone seen this style adapter before and know where to get it? And no... Valleylab is out of the question.

Any help is appreciated.

Is it really that hard to find? Did you talk to the manufacturer? Can't imagine Valleylab not being willing to sell you stuff.

link states valleylab right in it.. Of course its probably a cheap Chinese knockoff (our firewall blocks us from Alibaba so I can't see it).

Hows that Aerospace stuff working out for you.. I hope your not in the US. We've just given up on space over here

The link simply includes the product name, since it's compatible with Valleylab's SurgiStat product, but apparently, is not specifically related to Valleylab.

As for aerospace, I'm actually more defense, so it's up in the air, depending on the budget negotiations, tealeaves, etc.
