Triple Action Booster

Anybody know what a triple action booster is? It's the blue box in the picture. It's made by Delco Products model number H3801SCDC

There is another component that may go with it. It looks kind of like a choke from a welder or battery charger. I don't believe it's a droop transformer as I have seen both together in a generator enclosure. I will try to snap a picture of one when I can.

I think Bill has it. Generator voltage regulators often incorporate a current boost system to increase voltage support during short circuits and motor starting.
