Trimming seems bugged in 2022 Draftsight

Hi.

Got this issue after updating to 2022 Draftsight -

After selecting trim lines and the trim tool, the only way to actually trim is to click on individual lines. Using Fence selection simply deselects the trim lines and cancels the command. Seems like the same issue as this post that got no replies - thread1480-424469
