We ordered Trim 8 Valves.

On the Valve handle it reads the following:
Disc CR13
Stem CR13
Seat CR13.HF

Our API 600 Trim Number Chart at work reads
Disc 410(CR13)
Stem 410(CR13)
Seat St Gr6 (CoCr Alloy)

The Seat does not match. Looking up API 600, although ours is a 2001 version, Table 13 reads Seating Surfaces 8 or 8A Material Description reads 13Cr/HF.

So my question is, is CR13 correct for the Seat for trim 8 and where does this 'St Gr6 (CoCr Alloy)' come from?

i didnt understand what exactly you are looking for, but 'st. Gr6' is a hardfaced material.
'st. Gr.6 is co cr alloy which is weld on 13% cr seat or any material whose corrosion resistance better than body material as per Trim 8. it is a trademark material.
so it fulfill the requirement of TRIM 8.

The question would be how big is your valve?

If it’s a small valve you’ll get a solid Stellite 6 seat rather than an overlay on a 13Cr base material??
