Tresca in Femap?

Hi Guys

Is anybody know if Femap has Tresca criterion? Because Femap has Von Misses criterion but I do not find Tresca criterion.

Hi

I don't want to be difficult but Femap is only a pre/post processor. The question is probably if the solver supports Tresca. And if you use NX Nastran (integrated into Femap) I think it supports Tresca.

I Think that I'm going to make a subrutine in matlab taking the stress tensor results of F06 output.

Tresca is just another name for maximum shear stress theory.
