Treatment Plants

We are looking for the best alternative to replace a lime softening treatment plant. At this stage we would like to have typical figures of:

- Lime softening plant
- Membrane (NF/RO)
- Conventional treatment

Can anyone provide source for comparing the different treatment plant (500,000 GPD to 1.5 MGD). The ideal will be cost of existing treatment plants (if possible in Florida)?

It will also be great if I can get my hands of a typical feasibility study.
