treatment of 0-1 tool steel

I have a print from japan that I am making parts for right now..

it is made from 0-1 tool steel

It calls out for heat treat to 59-63 Rc..no problem, but it also calls out for a surface treatment MICr2..

I have been all over the internet and I can't figure out what MICr2 is..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
