Trayapp.msi Error

Help, I am getting an error message that keeps trying to install "trayapp.msi" on boot up. No new devices, i.e. printer, scanner, etc. I scowered the net, knowbody knows how to correct this problem. It keeps looking for a CD ROM to install the program? It tries ad nausium.

If you have an HP printer, try putting the install CD into your CD drive.

I do not have HP anything, no printers, scanners, faxes, cameras,nada !! I have no idea what specifically it is looking for. I cannot "just put any HP disk in". The only advice I have seen is to reinstall your HP printer. Can someone send me the trayapp.msi file? How come HP web site, or MS web site does not have it? Also the link

is pretty useless on this problem unless you have a HP printer and the install disk.
