Transverse Live Load

Hi everyone,

I am running a transverse moving load across a bent cap using multi-step vehicle LL pattern SAP2000,

Can someone please tell me what is the difference between "Discretize Load every xx sec" in the Load Pattern vs the one in Path definition? Also why when I put the start distance as 0.75, the load is placed at a different start location?

I have no idea what the "Discretize Load every xx sec" part is about.

For the second question, the start position is most likely set up to be the edge of the 10' wide 'truck', which has wheel loads that are centered 6' apart, so 2' away from each side of the truck. So, if the 0.75' is edge of the roadway, the first wheel load should be centered at 2.75'.
