Transverse crack developed on induction bend

Greeting to all!
I observed Transverse crack developed on induction bend of 12 inch line carrying powder product. Line is SS material with 4.5mm thickness connecting to SILO. It doesn't look stress analysis issue as connected to equipment via fabric bellow. What could be the reason of crack?
 
Why a forged elbow was not used?
Send the failed location to a lab for detailed failure analysis.
 
With very little detail this might be the result of incorrect heating and cooling when making the induction bend.
 
Any photo?
