I have transom 3297mm wide,
Carrying a huge glass of 2500m Height.
I had to sleeve the transom with another rectangular aluminum section in order to control deflection.
I have a consultant comment to satisfy them with the connection of transom with mullion.
The transom usually gets connected to mullion through 2 small screws at each sides.
Can someone please guide me how can I design the connection of transom with mullion.
I have checked those two screws against the Dead Weight of The Glass(Shear Loadings)

The lateral reaction generated at F.E.M Software against applied wind load (Tension Loadings) The lateral reaction in ULS is 10.31 kN.
The Capacity of a single screw is 8.11k according to the formula given in Euro Code.
