I'm looking for a direct replacement of a motorola transistor.

MMBR4957L it is in an sot-23 package
PNP
IC -30mA
Hi Gain

Motorola stopped making it when they turned over the line to ON Semiconductor

Geez, Sorry. I have looked in my ECG (98) and me NTE(92) book and I could only see MMBR in high numbers. [sig][/sig]
 
Suggestion:
Reference: Master Component Selector Guide on Semiconductor, SG388D, Rev. 2, April 2000, by Motorola
There is a new SOT-23 Case 318-08 in Table 6 on page 278 which lists MMBF0202PLT1. The Motorola might possibly know the difference and might provide the right answer to you. Traditional Motorola substitutes/replacements are not available and posted discontinued devices do not include your transistor. [sig][/sig]
