SIR,
AT WHICH TAP THE INRUSH CURRENT OF A TRANSFORMER WILL BE MAXIMUM LOWEST TAP(MAXIMUM VOLTAGE IN PRIMARY SIDE),NOMINAL TAP, OR HIGHEST TAP? THANKS..

I assume you are energizing a transformer which has no load.

I assume you're energizing from it's high side.

I assume taps are on the high side.

Whatever tap has fewest turns will give you highest inrush

If there is indication of multiple primary voltages associated with taps, then the tap with lowest turns would be one with the lowest primary voltage listed.
