Unfortunately this interestinbg book is not available anywhere to buy.Mr Blalock has a few copies which he may spare. He is not in the habit of using e-mail! So you can reach him only thorough snail mail. I can give you his residential address if you come to me by e-mail.

prc,

I am interested in this book as weel.

With the author's permission, maybe a copy could be scanned so it can be shared with all.

prc,

As you have contact with Mr. Blalock, could you, please, ask him the permission to share a copy scanned of his book?

Best regards,

H. Bronzeado

I did not give the address of MrBlalock here so as not to intrude his privacy. But unfortunately, I myself had put it in the link indicated by Alehman. Those who want a copy please write to him directly as he has a few spare copies.Meanwhile I will contact him for permission. He dont have an e-mail id for contact. So we have to go by post only
