I have an antiquated GE Transformer 2000 KVA 11.5KV/480V. Bushing ceramic type on the Secondary side of the transformer has a leaking coming from the gasket. Replace the gasket. I am unable to find the torque specs using the GE Instructions. Where can I find these bushing torque specifications?

According to me,
Transformer Bushing Torque Specifications
1. Specification for transformer bushing torque: The allowable bushing torque value shall not exceed the manufacturer's recommended service life limit with a 2% margin of safety when observed under baseline operating conditions and using the specified ambient temperature range.
2. Requirements related to environmental limits: At external temperatures greater than 70°C (158°F), bushings must be heat treated or equivalent insulation installed to maintain performance specifications described in ASTM F2369-09 - "Standard Test Method for Tensile Properties of Elastomeric Bushings Exposed to Ambient Temperature."

Please post the sketch/photo of the bushing and the size of the fasteners.
