Transfer file from Autodesk Invertor to SAP2000

Hello my friends
I have an IGS file that I want to open in SAP2000(CSI) software. But when importing the file to SAP2000, the model crashes. Therefore, I tried it through the Autodesk Invertor software and converted the file to IFC file, but it did not work again.
Do friends know that there is a way to import the file correctly?
