I am developing a data base of ITS information consisting of traffic signal timing, turning movements, speed, traffic counts/volumes. This data base will be used to overlay GIS maps. I am looking for software that will allow the generation of this data base but will also allow overlaying of the data on GIS maps and aerials. The application software is ArcView/ArcInfo running on Windows NT. Any suggestions of sources of this type of software?
