Could you please advise all of the correct parameters and actions which must be set and completed in order to complete the following in MS Project 2000:
I wish to add actual hours spent by each resource on specific tasks; each time I do this Project recalculates work and effort - it usually extends the duration of the task. I need to be able to track the hours spent to date, manually enter both estimated remaining hours to complete or mark task as 100% complete and enter all hours spent on that task.
