Tosca -Ansa problem in topology optimization

Hi All

I have imported an already run model from abaqus into Tosca, defined all the parameters of Topology optimization , but it needs the tosca as the environment variable ,is it pointing out to windows environment variable or software internal setting ?

the command setenv = POST_DIR<path> doesn't work in windows (10)
