Baldwin used to have a tool but it proved cumbersome and unreliable. Depending upon the size of the sample there are 3 companies that have torsion machines from 10,000 in-lb. to 400,000 in-lb. They are Tinius Olsen TMC Inc. http://www.tiniusolsen.comMTS corporation http://www.mts.com (fatigue life torsion) Instron http://www.instron.com (only low force machies) Good Luck Upvote 0 Downvote
