There is no good way to do torsion using a UTM. Baldwin used to have a tool but it proved cumbersome and unreliable. Depending upon the size of the sample there are 3 companies that have torsion machines from 10,000 in-lb. to 400,000 in-lb.
They are
Tinius Olsen TMC Inc. MTS corporation (fatigue life torsion)
Instron (only low force machies)
