Torsion spring in Mechanism Dynamics

Is there a way to model a torsion spring in mechanism dynamics in Pro/E Wildfire. If so, how?
 
If you place a spring on a rotational joint axis (as opposed to create a point-to-point spring) it will be a torsional spring.
