torquing process- angle over torque monitoring 1

We have begun wax coating our production parts (nuts, capscrews, etc...) Any experience with the "Torque and Tension" process? Suggested parafin concentration %.?.

My complements to the individuals who fostered this pre-lube process. It narrows the range of coeff of friction, and it helps determine torque at break.

I have pre-lubed gears, fasteners, and friction elements in clutches.
