I NEED THE RECOMMENDED TORQUE VALUES FOR 150# AND 300# RFWN FLANGES. I AM USING A320 GR.L7 STUDS, A194 GR. 4 OR 7 NUTS WITH A SPIRAL WOUND METALIC GASKET W/ FLEXIBLE-GRAPHITE FILLER.

Consider checking in the Piping & fluid mechanics topic under Mechanical Engineers; or perhaps under ASME.

BTW, avoid using all capital letters. Many forum users regard it as "shouting" thus consider caps as "bad form".

IDCQC, have you tried a site search via Google above? This topic has been discussed at length.

Regards,

Mike
