Has anyone done on any testing to check the lubricant effect of uncured threadlock adhesive. Does this have any significant effect on the induced clamp load for a given tightening torque. The thread size in question is M16

The short answer is that yes it has an effect.
The effect is going to vary depending on the brand of adhesive, the plating on the fastenr and nut, the thread fit, the speed of assembly and a host of other factors. This is another case where the only way to know what is happening in your case is to test some of the actual assemblies to develop the torque tension relationship for your case.
