What is the formula to calculate the torque of a hydraulic rotator (vane model) with two chambers whose displacement is 330 cm3 and the input pressure is 250 bar?

More details:
Dimensions that measured can be seen in attachment.

Shaft is having Diameter of 80mm

Number of vanes = 6

Each vane is pushed by two set of spring, where one spring exerts force of 19N when expanded(Vane is in 52.5mm radius area) and 55N when compressed(when its is at 40mm radius area)

I checked with manufacturer specification, it says 900Nm. I tried to calculate with (Pressure*displacement)/2pi. but I got 1300Nm.
