hi,

i'm looking for a good reference material for using simulation packages to reduce flow induced vibration..i normally.
1. change baffle type to double segmental
2. increase tube ID , from 19mm to 25mm
3. remove tubes from the window..
4. look at nozzle sizes..

I'm looking for a good reference guide and recommendations

There are several books by Robert Blevins:
Flow-Induced Vibration
Natural Frequency Formulas

HEI has good information, but it isn't free.

EPRI has information if you're a member and can get to it.
