ToolBox question

I am currently use SW2004 and I am having problem with insert a HexBolt part from ToolBox.
I did modified this HexBolt description, because the SW description of the part is not the way I want it.
I got a pop up message "A document named "HexBolt -Ai" is ready opened. Do you want to show, this already-opened document?
Anyone have this problems or solutions??

I will always rename the part from the tool box for this reason and replace it in my assembly.

I don't know if that is solution you need - but it helps in the way I use it.
