Toolbox and properties

Well,
I've tried to find this information in another post, but i don't find what I need.

How could I assign the "PART NUMBER" and the "PART DESCRIPTION" to my properties?

I've tried to edit the mdb files and Toolbox recognize my new columns, but I cannot assign it values to my properties, then my final option is to creat a design table in the toolbox part with a list of my properties for each configuration.

Could you help me please?
