Toolbar Glitch???

Anyone,
Has anyone heard of any glitches with toolbars in SW2005 SP02?? I deselect the "Toolbox" toolbar and close SW. When I reopen SW and start a new part, the toolbar reappears. I really want to get rid of it. Any ideas???
