AutoCrib is a good solution if capitol is not a problem. The vending machine and software included give you usage break downs in any form you see fit. It really depends on what you are looking to track. They also offer lockers for larger components such as dies or shop supplies.

Tool Managment Vendors - Help!!!

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum and want to say hello! We are looking for some type of dispensing solution for one of our warehouses and have narrowed it down to a short list of vendors. Am under a time crunch, so don't really have time to talk to all of them in person. Does anyone have any information - good and bad on the following?

1) AutoCrib
2) CribMaster
3) SupplyPro
4) SupplyPoint
5) DispenseSource
6) IVM

They all pretty much look the same, so I was wondering if anyone had any stories to share regarding product reliability, performance, support & service, etc.

supplypro really is an excellent solution. I´m using it for the past 2 years and have reduced costs by more then 20%. Invoicing, all kinds of reports, user friendly, security and low maintenance costs.

SupplyPoint also has an excellent solution. They also have Tool Management software without the vending machines.

We've used CRIBWARE (

http://www.cribware.com)

for almost five years and it has been wonderful. Their support is great and they offer vending solutions of all types. Plus when we compared them against CRIBMaster they were a lot less in price.
