I'm trying to determine the tolerance level or code requirement (out of plumb)for a vertical concrete block masonry wall. I know the deflection is 1" in 360", and I believe the tolerence is 1" in 360" also. Is this correct?

Are you in the U.S.? or other country?

In the U.S. the new ACI 530.1-02 Specification for Masonry Structures has the following:

Section 3.3.G. Site Tolerances

d. Alignment of columns and walls (bottom vs. top)
..........+/- 1/2 inch (12.7mm) for bearing walls
..........+/- 3/4 inch (19.1mm) for nonbearing walls.
