Hi, I am interested in injection molding and recently I finished this tutorial How To Create a Mold— Part 1

Now I started to work on drawings,I am curious how can I determine tolerances between dowel pin, top insert and upper mold plate.

For what type of fit should I go, between this parts? Also I am inserting top insert into upper mold plate, do I also have tolerances for fit between this two parts? I am using tolerances by ISO 286, and I use centreline of plate to annotate feature of size, is it maybe better GD&T with tolerance of position?

Here is step file and drawings of top insert and upper mold plate.
