in flotran, is toffst added to your values for nomi, bulk, and ttot? if i am using the fahrenheit scale and i have specified toffst as 460 do i still need to set my nomi value in an absolute temp or do i use fahrenheit. i am asking because the problem im working on solves well if i set it as rankine but that doesnt seem right to me. i would assume that if you set your toffst value then all other temp values should be applied as fahrenheit. so it seems to me that by specifying nomi in rankine i am basically adding 460 to the nomi value twice, but doing this makes the temp values look correct. any thoughts?
